I was so lucky to find Sally. She invested a lot of time and care into making and positioning the delicate flowers onto the cake. The result was an amazingly elegant and beautifully stunning cake that everyone admired.

Frequently Asked Questions.

Can we have each layer a different flavour?
Yes and if you want a flavour that is not suitable to include in the design, such as sponge or orange and almond, you can have it made as a kitchen cake and kept in fridge.

How long do we need to book ahead?
At least 2 months, preferably asap to ensure you don't miss out on a booking.

Can we have fresh flowers?
Yes, but I don't arrange them. I will ice the cake and decorate ready for the flowers with ribbon or embroidery etc and it is up to you to arrange for your florest to put the flowers on the cake at the reception venue. All of my flowers are hand made by me from sugar.

Can we have the flowers to match our bouquets?
Yes you can, colour is not a problem for me.

Can we keep the cake for our 1st anniversary or christening?
Yes, you can freeze the cake, preferably without the flowers as when the cake defrosts and comes back to room temperature it gets very wet and any embroidery or the flowers could disappear or collapse from the moisture.
